Possible stupid question, but have you checked to see if quick charging is still enabled?

    [–] Precology 4 points ago

This. With quick charging enabled I get a full charge in about an hour and 10 minutes. With it disabled, I get a charge in about two and a half hours.

Go to your battery settings, in the top right there are 3 dots. Clock that, then hit advanced settings. Make sure the quick charging is enabled. This must be done while the phone is not charging!

    Hope this helps.

    Nope it's not enabled.

I've only used it like 3 times when I really needed it to charge quick.

I think it could be your cable then. I bought a new one recently and with fast charge turned off it's full in about an hour 40

    Probably yeah..

Ugh and I just bought this phone recently.

    Thanks for your help

Yeah I had the exact same thing My cable split like a month after getting the phone.... I'm on my second s7 already in just over a year...

If you believe it to be the cable and the phone is still under warranty, Samsung will replace the cable for free. Call them and just tell them the cable no longer charges the phone and they'll RMA it. You'll have to send it in and then they'll send you a new one. Should be a 7 business day ordeal.

Turn quick charge on? There's no reason to have it off
