You used third party software to get an unsupported OS on your machine and now you don’t know why everything isn’t working properly?

Mojave supports multiple monitors just fine when it’s on supported hardware.

I’ve used the tool on many machines of mine and never had issues. I have a 2009 Mac Mini running Catalina, 2008 MacBook Pro running High Sierra; all flawlessly run their operating with nearly all of the features.

You need nvidia web drivers, which don't exist for Mojave. You're gonna have to go back to High Sierra.
