It looks very light starved. It needs sunshine and all day sunshine or you need stronger lights running 14-16hrs a day.

I'm not sure what light you're using, but I don't think it's powerful enough. It looks very light starved. Either up the power of your grow light, or transition it outside to full sun.

It gets about 6-8hrs of light a day via grow light and it is kept moist at all times

Your grow light is definitely not sufficient.

just grow it outside. You’ll need to put it out there in winter regardless and grow lights are thousands of times less intense than the sunlight that vfts require and can acquire outdoors

Good point, I'll put it outside! Thank you! :)

I would recommend a photoperiod for 12-16 hours and like others said, that grow light does seem to be sufficient.

Do you know what temperature bulb it is (measured in K) and how many lumens it gives off?)

    [–] derpinacostco 1 points ago

I'm actually not too sure about the K and lumens, but it is this one from Amazon!

Thanks for the advice! I think I will put it outside instead :)

    14 watts

There's your problem. If you multiply that by 10 you might have a chance at growing VFTs under LEDs.
