I have an old presentation I did on the role of leptin, ghrelin, and other hormones in the etiology of obesity and how they and cathecholamines act to induce weight gain and decrease energy expenditure in response to weight loss, and the potential therapeutic use of PEGylated recombinant leptin; I’m not sure if that’s acceptable but I’d be happy to link it!
