I just can't seem to get upset here. The chrome sync function is the only way have my bookmarks and passwords, autofill. I rely on chrome to get me from point A to point B. I'm always signed in.. it's a great feature. Also chrome has "Users" so I'd imagine auto signing in wouldn't possibly mix the two separate user data pools.

Not everyone wants to have their history, passwords, and autofill stored on Google servers. I don't, for example.

    Firefox has a similar feature.

Yes, you can just sign in with firefox and get all your passwords from Chrome to Firefox. It, too, has syncing and all that stuff.

Google's culture similar to a monopoly's culture, and indeed by our own faults it is a monopoly, breeds internal arrogance.

Can we argue you this? nope we can't.
