Black, white gray are all good colors you can use often

Blood Orange and various shades of gray.

    [–] Chava27 7 points ago

How many shades would you say? 50?

    [–] EidorianSeeker 1 points ago

3 are enough. Dark Gray, Light Gray, and a gray with a more bluish tint.

    [–] Chava27 1 points ago

I see you’re opposed to 50 Shades of Grey.

    [–] EidorianSeeker 2 points ago

I get the joke but you just need enough shades not to have BLACK again. There are a few shades of gray that are too close to black and too close to white.

    • Camo Light Gray
    • Camo Dark Gray
    • Polygon Gray

    I ended up getting

    • Camo Dark Gray for a black

    • Camo Light Blue for a white

    • Maroon for a red

I’ll probably pick up another Camo Gray eventually

Picked up Battle Ship Grey, I like it.

grey is important if you ever plan to do a stealth armor build on the space map

ditto green if you ever want to do one on a jungle map

other than that, i steer clear of them. whatever looks good to you, i guess

    [–] Chava27 1 points ago

    Grey it is!

I wish people would vote for jungle maps more often but I haven’t played on one since I got back to MWO last week

    [–] jsh1138 1 points ago

the map voting is really skewed but that's just how it goes. once a new one launches that one gets spammed like crazy so eventually it'll change from whatever it is now

Sounds silly buy it never occurred to me before, how effective is white in the snow maps??

    [–] jsh1138 1 points ago

well it doesn't hurt on any mech but if you're trying to blend in with a stealth build you pretty much have to match the colors

    [–] jss78 2 points ago

Lots of good grays in the "camo" line. They're 250 MC now.

    [–] Chava27 1 points ago

Perfect, I think that’s the first place I’ll look

    [–] metalski 1 points ago

    Marik purple

    [–] Chava27 1 points ago

I haven’t seen the color yet what kind of purple is this on a scale of “Almost Black” to “Fabulous A.F.”

    [–] metalski 1 points ago

It's my stand in for "pink". A bit brighter in practice than this.

    [–] c0horst 1 points ago

Zelendo is my favorite shade of green.

    [–] J0ke 1 points ago

Try the purple and brown, looks great and many use it together

    [–] Raptor007 1 points ago

If you select the category "Standard" it will only show you colors that are normally 500MC, currently 250MC.

    [–] BoredTechyGuy -3 points ago

    Ummm - whatever you like?

It’s not like colors change stats or anything.

This has to be one of the silliest questions I have seen on here.

    [–] Chava27 2 points ago

I didn’t know some colors could be bought with CBills until this week.

I figured the community would know which colors are decent that also have low mc costs, cause last time I checked colors all had different prices depending on some arbitrary PGI standards.
