    My top 3 guesses:
    1. She got over confident and went weak leg first. Showing off.
    2. She got tired and thought switching was her best chance.
    3. She got nervous with the skirt and didn't want the crowd seeing anything they shouldn't.

[–] TIL In Finland, speeding fines are linked to salary. The Finns run a “day fine” system that is calculated on the basis of an offender’s daily disposable income – generally their daily salary divided by two. In 2002, Anssi Vanjoki, a former Nokia director, was ordered to pay a fine of US $103,600 EverybodyWantsToBeUs 0 points ago in todayilearned

Police officers can look up anyones salary on the spot? I don't think I like that part of it. Seems like a cap should be in place as well. And police/government benefit from pulling over nicer cars? I see a few flaws here.

But after Finnish police pulled Kuisla over, they pinged a federal taxpayer database to determine his income, consulted their handbook, and arrived at the amount that he was required to pay: €54,000.
