I've never even tried to drive stick but if I did I'm sure I'd do better than this idiot.

[–] As Ottawa prepares to re-introduce electric powered transit, here's a pic of when its former streetcar system got 'disposed of' in 1959 GoodThingsGrowInOnt 6 points ago * (lasted edited 3 hours ago) in ottawa

Yeah they were replaced by busses. In '59 buses were adequate, however in the ensuing decades when Ottawa's population and area expanded, rail became a long delayed endeavor.

Light rail has been a serious subject since the 90s - and who was in charge between the 90s and 2018? Boomers.

[–] Converted Sprinter minibus (w/o cab shown) any thoughts? (new to CAD software!) GoodThingsGrowInOnt 1 points ago * (lasted edited 3 hours ago) in TinyHouses

I think the rear seating area is pretty dumb and a european style front area makes more sense. ability to safely seat 4 is terribly underrated, but of course people generally don't pay as much attention to automotive safety as they should.

I honestly find stuff like FMA fascinating. It's like an educational program designed to explain the white man's pain to the Japanese. Gundam has a lot of the same elements.

    Deadpool is the Toronto superhero.

Like Toronto he leaves a lot to be desired but if you're an American degenerate it's okay to look up to him.

A lot of people buy vehicles that are bigger, less useful or more expensive than what they should have bought for reasons that really don't make sense.

If you're moving a lot of stuff regularly I guarantee you're going to really going to appreciate having the van over a bloated sedan.

Ford has this really great series of vehicle known as the transit.

You have to be cautious driving them because you might be mistaken for someone with self respect and humility.

Spending all your energy finding ways to slow the economy is not a good way to spend your life.

I've heard so much testimony from people who get enough money that they don't need to work and the ones that aren't completely retarded are actually disappointed they lost that incentive.

I know a bunch of baby boomers who have amassed hundreds of thousands of dollars and now as they're approaching retirement they're looking around and realising they'll never actually need all this money.

A figure in a bank account doesn't change the fact their family doesn't want anything to do with them, to the point people are willing to squander or pass up a six figure inheritance out of spite.
