    Yeah I’ve been looking into it. The logic for the loading indicator is there but it’s actually the data computation that is causing the ui to hang (since js is single threaded), not the data fetching. I’m working to add some web workers for the computational tasks to fix it but haven’t had the time to implement it yet.

    Sorry I only put it in for the desktop view for now. I tested it on mobile and the performance was a bit unstable.

    Hey! There is data for Canada but it is on the province level. I updated the app to include a view for infection raten which is probably a better view since the granularity level of the data varies (one in the gif is based on totals) - either way Canada looks to be doing quite a bit better than the states.

    Hey everyone! I sourced data for this from the John Hopkins University CSSEGIS and Data GitHub Repo and built it using a combo Node.js, React, and the WebGL Globe component.
