Yeah I saw that, the entire state voted red, yet Portland voted for her smh

[–] Here's your chance to stop incoming gun control bills JasonFischer774 1 points ago in WA_guns

It even bans traveling to/from the listed permitted activities with loaded mags in your vehicle.

So if you are pulled over for a broken tail lamp or involved in a crash or something and incidentally are found to possess a grandfathered loaded standard mag in your range bag or the trunk of your vehicle (because who doesn’t load mags at home for numerous logistical reasons), that is a gross misdemeanor.

Also the grandfathering section does specify that you must be able to prove that you owned your magazines before the ban. Many people have owned mags for decades for which they clearly would have no receipts or records for.

Do you mind if I use this quote in the email I am sending my representatives?

Very true, I will make the edits and I will let you know how it turns out, How should I best explain how armed citizens who ccw and other law abiding gun owners need and use standard capacity mags Thanks again :)

True, I mostly wanted other states to know what's going on that way they know what may be heading towards them

[–] Thoughts on Oregon Senate Bill 501 JasonFischer774 5 points ago in COGuns

[–] The seattle times hit a new low commissioning this tripe comic JasonFischer774 16 points ago in WA_guns

    A couple of things:

    • They admit there is no such thing as a assault rifle
    • This is how they see gun owners. The lowest of the food chain
    • What does the 1A have to do with anything

Yep, we are now seeing this in Montana, which I was thinking of moving to :(

[–] Washington State I1639 in Colorado? JasonFischer774 3 points ago * (lasted edited 14 days ago) in COGuns

NRA was pretty much no where to be found, our Attorney General, who we call Sideshow Bob, our part time attorney general, full time seeker of gubinatory campaign donations and our future governor sponsor it which is unheard of in WA state, which makes me suspect he is on the Bloomberg payroll. Second Amendment Foundation and the Firearms Policy Coalition fought against it but at the end of the day it all depends on who lives in your state. WA is controlled by King County and Seattle so think of it as basically Denver, Boulder type people controlling the state.
