Usually they come late and they usually come via DHL to USPS but I think it's the first time I've seen it list this as the shipper. I was just curious if anyone else had seen the same.

It does say secret word in the code as part of the return string.

Fake. I think the bottle is empty...liquid would have bubbles as it poured into his mouth.

This is great. There were a number of things here I didn't know before. Bookmarked!

[–] My newest addition to my SK collection. In near perfect condition. Pretty sure no ones ever read it. Can’t bring myself to crack the spine. So happy right now. LampshadeTricky 1 points ago in stephenking

I forgot where I saw that one specifically but trying to find the answer, it looks like I was wrong. StephenKingCollector.com has some FAQ that involve Book Club Editions.

StephenKing.com has a list of identifying first editions if you're checking volumes you find in the wild.

[–] The Shining: What was the entity (The Manager) in The Overlook? LampshadeTricky 1 points ago in stephenking

I was reading to see i this was mentioned. I think the Dutch Hill Mansion was a guard instead of a demon. I like a remnant of the Prim as the best answer here.

I believe that. It's totally going to happen!

[–] Preordering from Gamestop LampshadeTricky 1 points ago in funkopop

I ordered the ThinkGeek Jareth at my local GameStop and a two weeks after release, I still didn't hear from them. I walked into the store to ask about it and they pulled it out from underneath the counter. Sometimes they just aren't paying attention/really care rather than being malicious/selfish.

I've seen so many of these chases posted online, I'm not even sure regular ones went out.

[–] Just a few questions that I have had ever since finishing Dark Tower... maybe you guys can help me find some answers. (Spoilers) LampshadeTricky 2 points ago in darktower

I heard it was bad and waited until I could watch it at home...with some glasses of bourbon...and could curse at the TV loudly.

I think the reference to 19 was when he went to the top of the tower but I'll have to check my copy tonight.

My guess for 19 is that is his 19th loop through his journey. Since the movie took place after the series, I would have expected 20 to be all over the place but the movie fell short of a number of expectations.

The world moving on could be the result of just time or a large scale disaster on the keystone world. It could have also been caused by something that North Central Positronics did since they are found all over the keystone world as well.

I'm not looking to sell them individually and won't entertain any offers for individual ones but I'll remove anyway.

[–] How to create a dropdown list with export fields to different parts of the document? LampshadeTricky 1 points ago in excel

I'm still not following the math but I can let you know how to create the dropdown and use lookups to populate the fields.

You can create a dropdown list using Data Validation. Select a cell or a range you want to have the dropdown and - Data Ribbon > Data Validation (under Data Tools) > Data Validation... -- Allow: List -- Source: Enter List separated by commas

You can use vlookup formulas in the three boxes to populate based on the value (looking up in a reference table).

[–] How to create a dropdown list with export fields to different parts of the document? LampshadeTricky 1 points ago in excel

Think about how you would do it by hand and then we can automate some of the steps. I'm not familiar with IV solutions so I don't quite follow the examples you've given. Can you walk me through calculating one or two?

[–] Making progress on an IF(OR(MATCH statement but it still isn't quite working LampshadeTricky 2 points ago in excel

I was just coming here to post this solution. This looks like it would need nested iferror/vlookup.
