I'm assuming there's an app that you can make your own peter AAAHs on, and the output of that app is uploaded to this channel?

[–] The Mario universe is just the Zelda timeline millions of years into the future. Lootman 6 points ago in FanTheories

The japanese zelda site it uses for their source has botw as a seperate game at the end, not as a part of the timeline, and the english version doesn't list it at all.

Gamespot says "officially falls at the end of every branch" but there's no official source of that, because their source doesn't connect it to any branch.

Are you implying that when people get bored of sex dolls they become rapists?

In the bible the early humans had incredibly long lifespans, Noah's dad was 182 when he was born, that brings the amount of generations needed to go back that many years down, Noah's grandad lived to 969, and his great grandad to 365.

[–] In case you're unaware, Reddit is silently rolling out the ability for moderators to lock specific comments, preventing you from responding to any comment the mods choose. Reddit is trying as hard as they can to restrict your voice and discussion Lootman 0 points ago * (lasted edited 9 days ago) in undelete

Probably causes less censorship if you're trying to say otherwise.

The option to "stop you replying to whatever comment mods choose" already exists, it's called deleting it.

Currently a controversial comment would have to be deleted to stop it spawning worse comments or arguments, this gives the option to keep the comment up.

Plus locking is MORE obvious than deleting if the aim is censorship.

Well it's removed pretty silently so you wouldn't have seen, I don't know the date when it was banned though

[–] Questions & Info Thread 2: Electric Wizzrobe Lootman 2 points ago in Breath_of_the_Wild

Might need to recomment it, I think it's a full side-wide ban because I can't approve it.

[–] Questions & Info Thread 2: Electric Wizzrobe Lootman 2 points ago in Breath_of_the_Wild

Heads up, all orcz links are automatically removed so remove that to get it approved.

It's not a eurocentric world view to start with "Depending on where you live". I was more saying a talking point comment than giving legal advice.

I don't know the laws in the USA, even with the "context clues" I wasn't going to dig up the law for every state / federal laws to find out what they were? If anything it was for OP to check they were in the clear themselves, and if anything it's a pretty USA-centric view to assume I know your laws and should comment based off those.

It's hardly "applying a eurocentric world view" to not know while writing the comment that the USA has no regulations for CCTV other than not recording in a bathroom or changing room.

When did the USA become the only place to live? You're replying to a post that starts "Depending on where you live"

[–] Some lady tried to kill her boyfriend with a car on front of my house last night. Lootman -3 points ago * (lasted edited a month ago) in WTF

I said "depending on where you live". Your reply doesn't apply to every countries laws on cctv and what you can do with the footage. It only applies to what you know about your own local laws.

For example, I know you can't record this footage and then share it online in the UK.

The governing body for data protection in the UK is ico:

    https://ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/domestic-cctv-systems-guidance-for-people-using-cctv/

If you have CCTV in the UK and you're not recording only your own property, you have to comply with data protection laws (Data Protection Act), meaning you only use it for the explicit purpose (security of your home), and that the footage isn't released to third parties.

Some countries for example might call a high up, no-signed personal camera a hidden camera and might subject it to laws that apply to hidden cameras filming in public.

Depending on where you live you aren't allowed your cctv to record outside the boundaries of your property.

Idk if evidence collected illegally is usable, IANAL, but I've seen similar instances where that's true.
