I think we still have both fail compilations and Russian dashcam videos.

Look at this smart little guy who figured it out all on his own! Find more fake things, fella!

[–] TIL of the "Tree That Owns Itself" - A white oak tree in Athens, Georgia, that has legal ownership of itself and of all land within eight feet (2.4 m) of its base NotFlamelurker 1 points ago in todayilearned

This is the weirdest case of Baader Meinhof I have ever experienced.

I got into the Giant Bombcast a few months ago and have been going though their backlog. I'm up to April of last year and they were talking about this tree on the episode I just listened to.

The trick is to just act like you're asleep and then start masterbating and stare into their ghostly eyes to establish dominance. Works with other spooks and specters, too.

I don't like tomatoes, but I would totally eat the hell out of a killer strawberry.

If I remember correctly, its like the whole Aeris/Aerith = Alice thing. Yeshua is basically Joshua.

    Speak for yourself.

(I am ALL overweight basement dwellers on this blessed day.)

[–] Escape Room workers of Reddit, what are the best/worst examples of teamwork that you've seen in the escape room? NotFlamelurker 262 points ago in AskReddit

If you want to be realistic, replace Portal 2 with Monopoly.

Portal 2 coop is just Escape Room again, but with one person dicking around with portals while the other one solves everything.

[–] One Punch Man artist working on Back to the Future manga adaptation, Bob Gale is overseeing the project NotFlamelurker 3 points ago in movies

I don't remember his name, but the Naruto guy was releasing a volume nearly every week in the beginning.

Other mangaka were begging him to slow down and not work himself to death.

The shark cards had literally 0 impact on single player.

They had announced at least two single player expansions like GTA IV's Lost and the Damned and RDR's Undead Nightmare. You can find screen grabs from Rockstar's website for proof.

The second Online started raking in millions, those were cancelled in favor of moving all production teams toward online.

    But please, keep deepthroating Rockstar.

[–] Before the hype builds up NotFlamelurker 199 points ago in gaming

I'm gonna pick this up at midnight, but I'm kinda worried about buffalo cards and online in general.

Someone should save all these comments to rub in our faces if this goes Battlefront 2 sideways.

[–] What Reddit comment of yours got you the most hate? NotFlamelurker 13 points ago in AskReddit

It was annoying when I people my own age saying that shit to me, but it's bizarre when some kid twenty years younger than me in an MMO tells me I should listen to some real shit like Slayer.

Motherfucker, I might still have respect for you if I wasn't in a Slayer pit when you weren't even alive yet. Also, I dare you to explain why Periphery or Rotting Christ aren't true metal.

[–] What's the worst case of Buyers Remorse you've had after buying a game? NotFlamelurker 9 points ago in TwoBestFriendsPlay

I was really into Godzilla stuff as a kid (still am, that's how I found this channel) and saw an Ultraman game for the SNES at Funkoland.

It was a fighter. The combat was absolutely horrible. If you can imagine it, it was like a horrible cross between old Mortal Kombat and Pit Fighter. Stiff as Woolie is for ponytail Trunks. The worst thing was that you had to use a finisher to win, but since I bought it used, I had no manual and cheat sites didn't exist, yet. So I couldn't get past the first fight. The boss was just in a permanent Fatality stance.

Seeing how completely devoted Crush 40 is to the ways of butt rock, they probably thrive in the abuse.

Nickleback was merely adopted by the butt, Crush 40 was born from it.

[–] What About Infinite Doggo? NotFlamelurker 11 points ago in TwoBestFriendsPlay

The thing that messed me up was one of the cats limping along with an obviously broken leg. My kid did not appreciate that I had to turn it off.

In addition to Woolie's, I've been hearing a ton of podcasts saying "Fighting games are back!!" for a week now.
