    Thanks...Smoked it low (mostly because I had other things in there 🤨), but the results were silky and smoky

    Ingredients

    • Beef bone, split lengthwise (couldn't find these, so I used soup bones instead)

    • Salted butter

    • Seasoning of your choice

    Instructions

    1. Begin by spreading the seasoning liberally over the top of the bone marrow.
    2. Put the bones in the smoker at 225°F for 35-45 minutes
    3. Soften the butter.
    4. Add seasoning to the butter
    5. Remove the bones from the smoker when the marrow is soft
    6. Scoop the bones out with a small spoon
    7. Blend with the seasoned butter
    8. Mount on a great steak or use as a spread on crackers
