    Sometimes the simplest recipes are the tastiest, and this is very true with this Smoked Bacon Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin. A recipe so simple and quick, you will almost feel like you are cheating.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pork tenderloins
    • 1 lbs. pepper bacon
    • 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
    • 1 can pineapple, crushed
    • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    • 1 TBSP Sriracha

    Instructions

    1. Fillet open the pork tenderloins to create a pocket
    2. Place serrano pepper and crushed pineapple into the pocket
    3. Cover with mixed teriyaki sauce and Sriracha
    4. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours
    5. Heat smoker to 225°F
    6. Add applewood for that delicious smoke
    7. Wrap pork tenderloins in a bacon weave, secured by toothpicks
    8. Coat the outside with remaining teriyaki/Sriracha marinade
    9. Smoke the pork tenderloins for roughly 3 hours (until they reach an internal temperature of 150°F)
