I would absolutely fly Air India if it makes you feel better. Like those guys!

I deal with Ethiopian pilots daily at work, wouldn’t put too much faith in them either. I was typing this as I walked into work, I’m wrong about the accident figure. It’s 16 accidents since 2000, according to this https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/amp/world-asia-46121127

With at least 5 of those resulting in total Hull write off, according to the Lion Air wiki.

There was an incredible post in a believe r/aviation that talked about all the things that Lion Air did wrong during their crash from all the information that was available at the time. I’ll try and find it for you. Southwest, British Airways, Qantas, Emirates, I trust all of those to save my ass in a crisis. I don’t trust Lion Air with their 12+ hull loss accidents in the last 20 years. They weren’t allowed to fly in Europe until 2016 because of how dangerous they are. Plus their maintenance is suspect as well. Go ahead and cross post me, doesn’t make me mad.

People are down voting as if Lion Air isn’t one of the most dangerous airlines to fly in the world. Give me southwest pilots any day. Bet they follow checklists properly.

Canada has an effective system that only allows actually skilled people to move to their country. Shocker.

Dude is also failing his college classes, thinking it’s going to be super easy to up and move to Canada.

I enjoy looking back at the account history. Went from being a regular video game playing college student to a Chinese loving shill account.

War and global politics are complex subjects. I didn’t say we were innocent of any wrongdoing. We don’t get involved in conflicts with the idea of murdering civilians.

Whatever you say man. The US has and will continue to do some stupid shit but we haven’t killed 45 million of our citizens, run them over with tanks, or created a dystopian level police state.

Didn’t the Chinese murder thousands of their own citizens at a peaceful protest in Tianenman square? Mao Zedong was responsible for the deaths of 45 million people? Get the fuck out of here bro.

You buying a house/car straight cash? If so that’s great, but the average person can’t do that. Most people NEED credit in your life. If you don’t want to earn rewards/cash back, or you can’t control yourself that’s fine, work all cash.

There is the wild concept where you put all your monthly expenses on the card and then pay it off. You can put anything on the card as long as you’re paying it off and not going above your means.

Hard to call someone a piece of shit when they’ve never been charged with a crime, plus the big dark mark on his record is surrounded by lies and poor discipline choices by the league.

[–] TIL Disney has its own Gorvernment. The company petitioned the Florida State Legislature to let them govern its own land. In 1967, the statutes were signed and the Reedy Creek Improvement District was born. Disney have almost total autonomy within its border. SaltineStealer4 11 points ago in todayilearned

It’s a temporary flight restriction. As a pilot you’re generally not supposed to fly through them. Usually they are related to VIP movements, or they can also be established for things like firefighting in active wildfire areas. As long as you’re talking to the controlling agency, in this case Orlando approach control, they will generally let you fly right through it.

They have explained this elsewhere is the thread. It’s not as big of a deal if the children are younger, are the same gender etc. Stop being an asshole about this.
