    I play rugby so same sort of deal. To me and probaly you games are much more important than being in a faster state. I just count game days as a sort of cheat. No being on IF schedule for one day isn't going to change anything.

    So I would say eat a few hours before kick off and dont worry about your fasting period for that day.

    Dropped from 255 to 185 at the start of the summer. Gained 10 lbs over summer and had my lifts shoot up.

    I can do clean grip normally. I just happened to hurt my wrist yesterday boxing so I figured I would give it sometime off. Normally I switch between the two grips. I'll keep working, thanks for the advice.

    I know about pulling the slack out of the bar and will 100% implement that. Also very grateful for the tip on bringing the bar down.

    For front squats I feel that I loose upperback tightness and lean forward. I always have trouble keeping proper tightness on later sets towards the end of the set. Any tips?

    Go in the morning never go between 4-8 PM it will be packed. Especially for nsuns where working in is tough always try to go in the morning or at night around 9 pm.

    I'm in the same boat. I enjoy life much more eating two massive meals a day then filling the extra ~750 calories. Rather than eating three 1000 calorie meals then ~500 in snacks.

    Five guys fries, shake and burger is unbeatable taste wise and an easy 2100 calories.
