And it stays on the screen up to 30 seconds if you don't touch the display somewhere.

[–] S8 silver scratch problems ....anyone having this issue i wear spigen mask all the time never had it without mask. Tyler1492 1 points ago in GalaxyS8

I'm going on 5 years on my s4 without a single scratch on the screen

Yep. I remember by s4 even fell from my pocket directly onto a rock at the beach while I was running, and it didn't have one single mark left.

[–] "When's it due?" Tyler1492 1 points ago in Unexpected

It used to be a great sub a few months ago. But it's kept growing and growing. And you know what happens when subs grow.

    Blame the r/popular normies.

[–] Any suggestions for games that fit the resolution? Tyler1492 2 points ago in GalaxyS8

I actually have only found one game that had trouble fitting the screen. And I've installed many. I think it's an overhyped issue of the new aspect ratio.

It's not a big deal. Most apps, including games, work just fine.

And given how many other phones are changing their aspect ratio to 2:1, I'd say this is going to be the standard of the following years.

[–] Poll: How Often Is Your Nav Bar Hidden? Tyler1492 2 points ago in GalaxyS8

I actually downloaded the apk and tested it for a few weeks. And only after decided to pay for it. I think 1 hour is too little. Specially because I was changing the set up weeks after installing. Lots of fiddling to get the right configuration.

But yeah, the app is well worth what it costs.

If you're not using swipe navigation's dock, you're missing out.

    Question Answer
    Where are you from? Cuba/Spain.
What languages can you speak fluently? Spanish/English/Catalan. Currently learning French and German, but far from fluent.
What is your usual timezone? Central European Time, but I'm awake at odd hours of the night.
Are you willing to use Slack and Toolbox? Yes.
Have you had previous experience as a mod inside or outside of reddit? Modding a 1 person sub (with several alts) counts?
What do you think about the the current state of /r/europe? What do you like/dislike? I love the friendliness and banter among the different regions. I like how people can use stereotypes jokingly without anyone getting offended. I like that we're in theory very including of all countries. I don't like that some countries are over-represented and some others under-represented; although I am aware that this isn't the sub's fault, but a matter of English proficiency, and the size of the web in different languages mostly.
What change would you make to /r/europe, if you could? I'd have to think about this for a long time before being confident in answering.
Why do you think you would be a good addition to the /r/europe mod team? I'm a very rational person. I try to not let my emotions cloud my judgement. And if I'm upset I step back and try to calm down and reflect on it before deciding a course of action. (I am a human, though, sometimes I'm irrational without realizing, but I try my darndest not to, and I'd say the occasions where my irrationality affects other people are quite rare). I also have no problem in admitting I'm wrong, (although I try not to be wrong by not talking about things I'm not that knowledgeable in). I spend a lot of time Redditing, and at very different hours. And even though I've considered modding for a while, this is the first time I've ever applied to something like this; which to me means this is the first community I actually care about and want to be a part of and protect.
