    Unfortunately no one has given you an accurate and thorough answer.

    1. Determine your body fat, without that number you or anyone else has no idea what number to shoot for.

    2. Take progress pics.

    3. This goes back to 1. But if you have weight to lose 1300 is fine, although with your activity level may need supplementation and a few more calories.

    4. Addressing the will power thing, what you experience by and large is called decision fatigue. You have to be happy on your diet, or willpower will fade and you will repeat this pattern over and over. Does a diet of pizza and Chinese food take any willpower? No of course not. When your keto plan is just as desirable it takes no willpower. I accomplish this with delivered meals, it is like Christmas every time I open one. Only willpower is not picking at food in between but I am so satiated it just does not happen.

    5. Look out for hidden carbs, gum, diet soda, bars, etc. people don’t realize you can not have any of that if you are serious, they cause cravings and insulin response.

    6. MCT oil, salad. If you need something eat this. Also make sure magnesium and potassium.

    7. When you are near or in maintenance you have have refeed days and incorporate IF and extended fasts.

    I did not say it did not work, of course it does, but it is not Keto when your eating this/you will not be on keto long. Listen YMMV and people need to see for themselves, the vast vast vast majority of people will fail eating stuff like this.

    Kudos to you for creating something excellent and posting the ingredients in the macros and this should be a lesson to a lot of people that you don’t have to buy any store bought Frankenstein pretend food garbage. So much of what we see on here are people trying to re-create Twinkies and bread.

    Ingredients are what to go by. Give you an example. Someone in Naples is making pizza, the way their ancestors have for 100s of years. You know what the ingredients are? Flour, water, yeast, salt, oil. Does this ingredient list sound like that to you? No of course not, cause it is all “fake” non naturally occurring ingredients that stretch the boundaries legally of truth and fool people who want to believe and are conditioned to believe in this shit.

    Biggest red flag the artificial sweeteners. Obviously noone who wants to do dirty Keto wants to believe this but you will never sustain with that garbage. You want something sweet, eat a fucking raspberry. Get an herbal tea.

    Listen I ate garbage like this on Keto for years. I finally had awakening and understand there’s no point to Keto eating this crap. None. You can, and perhaps in short term its better than the ice cream and ramen noodles people eat. However you want real, lasting, healthy success, stop telling yourself you need to find ways to mimic old habits.

    Eat the correct amount of fats and protein, your carbs will be fruits and vegetables. If you continue to allow yourself to consider bread part of your lifestyle or worse whatever this is you will not last. Decision fatigue will win, then you will hate yourself.

    For the sensitive people. Kudos to OP, well done, your a spectacular person. Nothing I am saying should suggest otherwise.

    congrats on the weight loss if its true, I am a pics or it didn’t happen kind of person. However unfortunately your not going to maintain the weight loss and your health drinking diet soda. I encourage you to try black coffee or herbal tea, both are great with mct oil and or butter. You will hVe no use for diet soda, maintain your weight loss, and improve health.

    “keto sugar” brilliant. educate yourself, all of that shit causes an insulin response and feeds bad gut bacteria.

    go eat a box of atkins bars and diet soda see how that works

    what you are experiencing is decision fatigue, if you do not feed yourself properly, this will keep happening.

    so instead of reveling in the dopamine hit from karma, educate yourself, eat correctly, and enjoy the rewards.

    you could have just had a spoon of mct oil and you wouldn’t be hungry anymore. if you going to be successful you have to ignore these cravings and have planned refeed days.

    this explains a lot, imagine if she was getting dicked by an actual man, her whole perspective would change, like an actual man with a career, a male physique, ethics, morals, values, a family. to me it seems like most of her mental issue is due to not having any male influence in her life.
