[–] Does anyone eat eggs over rice? Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in Cooking

Very common in Philippines too. Its eaten with garlic fried rice and longaniza (i.e. chorizo).

[–] List of Coffee Roasters in Dubai Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in dubai

I think I had Tom & Serg last time I visited. I may just buy some beans at Gold Box and go elsewhere for brunch. Thank you! :)

Where would you say has great coffee (with roasts to sell) and serves breakfast? I'm visiting Dubai next week and want to buy some beans.

[–] what are some of your wardrobe staples that have solved lifelong fit issues? Water-and-Watches 3 points ago in femalefashionadvice

How comfortable are they? I have yet to find a pair of jeans that I'd be willing to wear more than once after purchase. I find Levi's un-breathable and too thick ( from my experience ), and all jeans I've found just crumple around the back of my knees which is even more uncomfortable for me.

[–] Am I on a good pace after my 2nd practice test? Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in GMAT

Ok, that's a great improvement in 3 weeks. I haven't touched much on verbal yet, just been doing Quant with Manhattan. Pretty useful so far.

How are you studying right now? I'd like to do as well as you for my second practice test.

[–] How to get rid of build up? Been doing CG for months, and suddenly got build up Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in curlyhair

It is odd, and I am also confused. I'll play around and eliminate one product to test ehre and there.

[–] How to get rid of build up? Been doing CG for months, and suddenly got build up Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in curlyhair

I don't have silicones in my products. The only sulphate-product I have is the clarifying shampoo. From my understanding, all clarifying shampoos have suplhate?

[–] How to get rid of build up? Been doing CG for months, and suddenly got build up Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in curlyhair

Yes my clarifying shampoo has sulphate - is it not supposed to? I'm not quite sure now. I used the shea moisture shampoo prior, but found it too heavy on my hair type and made my scalp look oily. There's no other silicones in my products, all CG approved prior to purchase.

And yes, I'm sure it's build up because I didn't have it before CG. :(

I just checked it too. I think I didn't bother checking it prior because I saw somewhere here that clarifying shampoos usually have sulphates. I don't have V05 where I live..do you know any other recommendations for clarifying shampoo thats not so harsh?

I do have the shea moisture shampoo - but I found it too heavy on my hair. So I don't use it as often.

[–] Rice cooking times cheat sheet Water-and-Watches 1 points ago in instantpot

Brown basmati rice. 1:1.25, rice:water and 8 minutes on high. Quick release. Been doing it for 2 years.

[–] Week 5 of living in a hotel - the IP was a great purchase! Butter chicken, basmati rice (not pictured). Water-and-Watches 7 points ago in instantpot

Though, not all hotels have that. When my dad got relocated when I was younger, we stayed at a hotel for a month while we looked for a house.

As a kid, it was the coolest thing ever. Room service and hotel food was fun.

Your higher summer sounds like a good day for where I’m from ~50C (122F).

Our “winter” is probably around 20C, 17C (62F) on a good day.
