Seems typical of Greenbay to waste the careers of HoF QBs. Just another day in the life.

    We haven’t had a turnover in 2 1/2 games.

I would like literally anyone on defense that can force a turnover please.

    Nihilism.

And keeping with the theme of nihilism, congrats on your pointless cake day.

He didn’t control the ball to the ground.

Yes his knee hit the ground, but he did not make a football move and he didn’t control the ball to the ground and through contact with the ground.

The Moore catch was very much a catch, but the Lockett catch was not. No football move and no control to the ground. The catch rules are actually pretty simple this year, and according to those rules it wasn’t a catch.

We have to hope that the chiefs are so far ahead they’re resting players when we play them.

If we can beat the panthers we can make the playoffs.

That’s it. If we beat them we can run the table sans chiefs. And the chiefs may even be resting players when we play them.

Don’t know, but I have to assume there was a linebacker in the mid game that might have threatened it if it was a bullet.

But I would need to see the all-22 to know that.

I saw that around the helmet cooler behind wilson when he was on the bench and was so confused.

We’re not university of Miami. We don’t need a “turnover chain” or a “defense belt.” That shit is so college minded it hurts.

And key underthrows and overthrows, particularly Baldwin wide open in the end zone and Lockett on the deep ball.

So the only assist I race with is antilock brakes, because it’s seriously hard not to lock up on a controller.

You’ll be surprised sometimes. If you stick to the 25% races you’ll generally be okay and get some goodish racecraft. I went side by side with someone in Brazil through all of S2.

Some people are respectful. Some aren’t.

Yea use Seattle fans are generally pretty chill.

Now cardinals fans.... they started fights earlier this season when we played in Glendale. Even after we took over their stadium.

I’m in Phoenix RN but I’m moving to Denver for a new job in a month. Kind of bummed to move out of a market where I get to attend a Seahawk game every year, to an AFC team I might get to attend a Seahawk game at every 8 years.

They use the Jumbotron to inform their decisions.

It isn’t their only source of information guiding their decision making, but it is a source they utilize at home.

[–] Post Game Thread: Green Bay Packers (4-5-1) at Seattle Seahawks (5-5) Wheream_I 1 points ago in nfl

They don’t “depend” on the Jumbotron, as in it is not their only source of information.

But they “depend” on it, in the way that it is a very useful extra source of information.

    But not to the CLink.

Generally no one travels well to the CLink. It’s supposed to be one of the special things about our homefield, similar to Arrowhead.

My bet is that we lost a lot of season ticket holders this offseason because everyone thought we’d be a 4-12 team.

Like I said, our passing games are both fundamentally broken.

I don’t think it’s on the QBs, I think it’s coaching. We have the perennial cast off named Schotty ffs.

Look at what the chargers are doing now that they don’t have Schotty.

Just write your philosophy paper on the nihilistic philosophy of playing offense under McCarthy.

[–] Post Game Thread: Green Bay Packers (4-5-1) at Seattle Seahawks (5-5) Wheream_I 2 points ago in nfl

I just want to know how that coaching staff is structured. This is one of the things fans always ignore that is immensely important.

Is McCarthy calling plays on offense, or is he guiding offensive philosophy while allowing the OC to make the play calls? I think teams work best when the HC is guiding playcalling throughout a game instead of directing calling it, and focuses on guidance / clock management / team tempo.

I feel like McCarthy likely calls his own offense though. Negating the benefit of an OC.

There was one angle that did in Super slomo, but it wasn’t shown until AFTER the next play.

This is one of the home field advantages of the home team. The Jumbotron operators will not show video evidence that goes against the home team until the next play has been snapped. At home, coaches will very much look up at the Jumbotron and use the footage to inform their challenge decisions. Away, you don’t get that luxury.

I said it in the game thread and I’ll say it here again.

Both my Seahawks and the Packers seem to be fundamentally broken on offense. Everything is either a run or a long developing deep pass. Both our teams seem to have completely abandoned the short and medium quick passes.

And it’s a problem for both of us.
