    Isn't Reddit just duplicating iFunny?

[–] I wish the people who ask "how are you doing" actually meant it. _WaldoFindsYou_ 1 points ago in monkeyspaw

Ill say I'm fine. I'm just annoyed when I have to respond with an empty "good how are you?" and get a just as empty response back.

[–] Glasses wearers of Reddit, what was the first thing that you saw with your prescription glasses on that blew you away with how much detail it had? _WaldoFindsYou_ 3 points ago in AskReddit

For me it was the facial expressions on people's faces from slightly far away. I didn't know that you were supposed to see that and be able to tell what people were conveying from just a couple meters away.

Its been said in here that redditors don't know what jokes/sarcasm are and will tell you why you're wrong. So yes you absolutely need a /s because the bar is so low.

If you want to promote your website or promote "fake news" (I don't really like the word) you can create a nonsensical article that is just full of made up shit and purely to serve an agenda. Then you pay some money to get it to a couple hundred upvotes with some comments and boom FrontPage pretty much guaranteed. And of course you hope nobody reads the article and fact checks it and then tells everyone why its wrong and bad but you can mass downvote those yourself and not many people will do that so it's no problem.

And Reddit's anonymity has it so everyone is at the same level of important (unless someone makes a name for themselves somehow)

Reddit imo is more dangerous because people still think it's the same thing as it was years ago when it's basically the same as Instagram or Twitter which makes people get into the echo chamber a lot easier.

Or just made up stories that people rally behind in any personal experience subreddit or post for meaningless points that just serve no purpose.

Oh perspectives are fine if you really identify with them and like them. Sorry I didnt clear that.

It's criticizing Reddit and ousting the people who hold themselves higher than others on here. I'd say that'd be unpopular.

How would it be propaganda I'm saying? I'm saying you should be sceptical of the information you're getting that is important to you that isn't from reliable places (or in meme format, Twitter screenshot etc.)

If it's big enough to warrant a response from me I'll check the source. It'll be pretty easy to tell if it's just bunk if it's an unreliable news website or the images can't be traced back to a good source (reverse image searching etc.)
