[–] Govt loses by 42 on vote to block suspension of parliament. 315 to 274. Looks like 17 Tory rebels voted against govt chocolat_ice_cream 27 points ago * (lasted edited 3 days ago) in ukpolitics

Threats to get votes on May’s deal:

    • Close Parliament, didn’t work ✔️

    • No deal, never got or will get majority ✔️

Come on govt., create another threat quickly.

Suggestion: If MPs don’t vote on May’s deal, Boris will ass mooning in Parliament.

[–] Breaking: I have learnt that some cabinet ministers are giving serious consideration to resigning tomorrow to vote in favour of preventing the next prime minister from suspending parliament. No final decisions made yet on resignations. More at 22:30 on Newsnight chocolat_ice_cream 1 points ago * (lasted edited 3 days ago) in ukpolitics

By law (Gina Miller law), Brexit needs to be voted by parliament in order to pass.

So, Boris, stop trying to break the law. Moreover, dictators close parliaments. And the public won’t accept a Brexit that was not voted by Parliament.

Why are we even discussing this? Is this the new threat to get votes on May’s deal, as real no deal won’t pass? You are not scaring anyone.
