    That hardly seems more fair.
However, I have to restate that I am, sadly, not a multi-million dollar institution with money to give away. If I were, I doubt that I would've posted the questionnaire onto reddit. I'm a broke undergrad student having to complete a research project in order to pass a class.
I have also received enough responses and have closed the questionnaire, therefore I will delete this post in an hour or so.
Thank you all for your help! Have a good day. :)

I do apologize, but you aren't forced to do it.
Furthermore, throughout your academic life you will sadly have to rely heavily on people's willingness to help, if you wish to conduct research projects, since very few undergraduate students have the budget to compensate everyone who partakes. Believe me, if I had the ability to properly compensate everyone, I'd have done it in a heartbeat. :)
Lastly, I'd be curious to know what kind of reward you were hoping for.

Ah, you got me - I am trying to see which one of the two will prevail when an individual is forced to pick, i.e. where the two concepts "meet", and where they diverge. (That is why there are no further instructions regarding what you should look for, I'm curious what people go for when unprompted.) So, it's completely up to you. :D

    Thank you both so much!
There are very few explicitly incorrect sentences, most are up for interpretation (which is what I'm trying to study - how people will choose to interpret them).
So I'm sure you did well. :D

Not sure which one was yours, since the survey is anonymous, but the ones I did receive are all perfectly acceptable, so no need to worry. :)

    Gatekeeper of heaven.

This also vastly depends on the country the child grew up in. For some underdeveloped countries, the (typical American) ‘90s came in the early ‘00s, so those kids identifying as “‘90s kids” has a bit more merit, since the culture they grew up around is identical to that of various ‘relatable posts’.

That arrogant smirk makes my blood boil. The amount of disrespect and aggression it radiates is truly sickening.

I won’t be surprised if his parents don’t do anything about his behavior, but rather brush the incident off with an argument along the lines of “he just stood there, he wasn’t violent, and if those people can protest “peacefully” and make loud noises, my son can do the same thing”.
