[–] So there's a new issue.. It'll say it's your build when it's not. euphoricpup 28 points ago in FortniteCompetitive

I was building with brick/metal and I was low on materials so I thought I ran on to wood? Why do people like you exist. You miss the crux of the post and ask me why I didn't do something differently? Idk maybe because it says it's my fucking wall.

[–] Please vault the turret. It doesn't belong in Fortnite. euphoricpup 18 points ago in FortniteCompetitive

Ah yes, Build against someone who has 16 hp because he's in a turret that doesn't have a hitbox. You've missed the entire purpose of the post and are trying to fault me for my death. Anyone on this game would've kept shooting because it's aiming at his head. Also, it's not spraying and praying if my crosshair is on his head.

I mean do you blame him? I've played like 1 hour for the past 3 weeks. Glider redeploy is what ruined a lot of it for me. It isn't even catering to casuals anymore, It's just nonsensical content nobody asks for. They do assbackwards updates like removing bouncers and stating "there's too much mobility in the game". Then proceed to give everyone gliders.. And the time they disabled double shotgun and hoped it made people run more variety (ironic). We as a community have been through the most unfair meta changes, and the most infuriating updates. Season 3 was the most balanced IMO.

[–] The biggest problem with glider redeploy isn’t the mechanic itself, it’s the fact that nobody ever has any mats euphoricpup 27 points ago in FortniteCompetitive

I agree, But the issue does lie within the mechanic itself. A lot of us didn't start playing Fortnite because we could glide infinitely and not take fall damage, or disengage whenever. The mechanic is just fundamentally broken for the game. It doesn't increase the skill gap, If anything it decreases it because people don't get punished for being on high ground and eliminates the awareness aspect of build fights. People abuse it to no end (sitting on 100 ramps and sniping/shooting people). It just needs to be removed IMO.
