Yes, thank you for describing to me how I do dungeons. This is why after a pull I tap to 50% and 50% and sit and eat my mage food and drink my mage water. At that time, the healer should also be sitting and drinking his or her mage water and not standing around casting heals on me.

Six phases planned... we are only getting a part and not all of phase two. What are you smoking?

Not sure if you're asking me to link my retail healing logs and M+ score... but yes I have healed.

This may work if the lock is the only one that has a mana pool, but generally I run with other caster dps that need to drink anyway.

Talking about between pulls. There's a difference between a lock that taps roughly to 50% hp and 50% mana compared to a lock that taps to <10% hp and 100% mana and doesn't do anything to regain health. Either way, if you need to drink, don't waste more time waiting to cast heals.

Also keep in mind that heals add threat to more than the primary target. If I have dots ticking on 3 or 4 mobs AND I drain life one of them, it is adding threat to the others.

[–] what add-on shows other people's talents like this? humanracedisgrace 8 points ago in classicwow

Still good for solo gold farming... Not everyone plays the game the same way that you do.

If you have a HoT, throw it on them before you drink. Don't waste time casting any other heal. You are making the group slower. The warlock will do what he has to do to survive.

Between pulls, don't heal them, if you have a HoT, that will be nice but not necessary. We generally don't drain life in dungeons, it is a resource loss unless you have specific talents and it is less dps (= longer dungeon). It also adds a lot more threat because of the healing aspect. Expect a good lock to eat and drink between pulls when his hp and mana are around 50%. If you really do encounter these "bad" locks everyone seems to be complaining about, just don't heal them and see what they do. I'm sure a lot of these healer complaints are either caused by their lack of understanding that a lock at 70% hp and 100% mana is fine to not be topped off or them not realizing that the warlock is planning to use first aid, cannibalize or eat food.

Thank you, as a warlock I can't stress enough that I don't need to be 100% hp at all times. When I tap to 50% hp and mp after a pull, I plan to eat and drink to reduce my downtime. It's not asking for a max rank greater heal while I'm already sitting and eating.

That's why I said "quite likely" and not "certain".

If you get MC'd and you're not next to a cliff or on a boat/zep etc. chances are quite likely they don't have ill intentions.

Eh, I find doing things like that often just backfires, no one gives a shit. Better to let the guild learn.
