    Article / Information ARTS AND CRAFTS Lot No.348 Secret poison in book form Historism in the style of the 17th century. Original book cover, circa 1600 with finely embossed, pomegranate book covers. Intact book locks, the sides glued to a massive block and cut out squarely. Finely crafted interior with eleven drawers of different sizes and an open compartment. The individual drawers are decorated with colorful paper, on the front side flame-edge frames and knobs of silver and ebonized wood. Handwritten paper labels with the Latin names for different poisonous plants (Rhicinus, Stechapfel, Belladonna, Valerian etc.). A greenish glass bottle with the designation "Statutum est hominibus semel mori" (It is given to the man to die). An old engraving in the book cover, depicting a standing skeleton, dated "1682". Dimensions of the book 36 x 23 x 12 cm. Completely worked art chamber object with Memento-Mori reference.

    I wouldn't say they were one hit wonders . They were a band longer than The Doors were a band. They were also the most successful act in the UK between 1995 and 2005 with 765 weeks in the top 75 singles and albums charts.
    I think both the Gallagher's are dicks though.
