You don't even know how much money is awarded for winning the game.

Please, just kill yourself. The world will be better off.

Are you really trying to argue that the house guests are afraid JC may harm them or ruin them financially?

Are you just an imbecile or what?

Oh, please do find me a single case of sexual assault going to trial where the adult "victim" claims they were not assaulted. This should be truly interesting.

By that logic Tyler has been sexually assaulting Angela every time he rubs up against her without first asking for permission.

They're marketing for their own workout programs. The trainers and sometimes the people working out will wear shirts with the branded name of the workout on it. They get big groups together to do these workouts, knowing it will attract attention. The obvious hope is that people not part of the group will be intrigued and pay to join in the next workout.

The thing is, there's no need to join at all. You don't need a trainer or a group to tell you that running and doing basic calisthenics is a good workout.

I mean, I get it; the dude is from a tiny village in a remote part of the world, and now he's living in a city, but never had any formal education. Still, I'd love to bring in a globe some time and just blow his mind.

I never understand why people are so upset about so-called "sweatshops". Is it better for the poor people to have no job? That sweatshop labor is literally how China managed to pull 500 million people out of poverty. I guess you would have me believe that they were better off starving to death.

Considering the Starbucks employee where I live asked me if the United States is the same thing as Europe, no, I don't think his spelling errors are wholly intentional.

Start working out then. Try a few things and see what you like.

Jokes on them, because I look like shit.

They should pay me to not wear their crap.

[–] [Spoilers] JC MAKES ME ... iamwhoiamamiwhoami 1 points ago in BigBrother

Yes actually they do, or else it isn't sexual assault.

Stop putting your feelings onto other people. You don't get to tell them how they feel or what they should think. None of them have complained that JC sexually assaulted them, so quit your bullshit. You vehemently hate some guy on a TV show...? Honestly, what the hell are you doing with your life if this is where you're at?

[–] US imposes new $200bn tariffs on China iamwhoiamamiwhoami 7 points ago in worldnews

There's actually a lot of reasons why China is such a dominant global manufacturing hub that people don't consider or comprehend, so don't feel too bad about not understanding this.

For starters, there is the robust and adaptable nature of Chinese manufacturing. In China we're talking about thousands and thousands of manufacturers all located near one another. This means that if a product needs to be changed, even at the last minute, or a new part needs to be implemented within a design, they are able to source the necessary components from another nearby factory and put them to use in no time at all. We can be talking about the most obscure part imaginable, and they'll be able to source and acquire it within the same day. That's just how vast the manufacturing areas are in China. We're talking about a culture where it isn't uncommon for parents to try and get the children of two manufacturers to marry, so that the businesses will have a better relation and partnership in the future. That's not something that's going to happen in the US.

Similarly, the culture of the people in China is more engendered to the needs of manufacturing. For the Chinese, it's not uncommon to live at work. Unlike Americans, they aren't bothered by the idea of sleeping in dorms by their place of work. As such, if it's midnight and a major order has to be pushed, or a defect was noted and the entire line has to be changed, the Chinese workers are at the ready to make it happen. There's just no comparison with the US, where you would need to call dozens of employees and wait for them to drive all the way back to work. Simply getting started could take hours, and that's time manufacturing plants simply can't afford.

There are also more manufacturing specialists in China. Naturally, some of this has to do with the volume of people that can be attributed to a nation of nearly 1.4 billion. Still, if you need someone who specializes in a specific manufacturing skill, you can easily find them in China. Whereas you could put out a call for a specific manufacturing specialist in a major city in the US and probably find 1 or 2 people capable in the entire city, you could have thousands of candidates in any city in China at the ready. Asking companies to move back to the US and train people to do work that thousands of Chinese are already trained and well experienced with is nonsensical.

We're barely scratching the surface here, but you should be getting an idea now why China is the hub of manufacturing globally, and why the US simply cannot compete with that. Of course, it should be noted that even China is preparing to move away from low-end manufacturing in the future as their country continues to develop.

Even China is moving away from low-end manufacturing. Every nation does as it grows and develops. China has been seeing the death of its own manufacturing sector for years now, and are diversifying into other avenues in the future.

Which house guest has said that JC sexually assaulted them?

[–] [Spoilers] JC MAKES ME ... iamwhoiamamiwhoami 1 points ago in BigBrother

And what if he doesn't care? What then? Will you all still want your pound of flesh?

Nobody cared about the ice cream scoop and Hayleigh didn't care about the bathroom thing, but so many people who weren't affected in any way are outraged regardless.

Christ, what's with the psycho fans of this show? It's just a dopey reality game show. Why the hell would you care enough to hate any of these people? I'm hoping you're just being hyperbolic here, but obviously there are plenty of people who are just angry at their TVs ITT.

[–] [Spoilers] JC MAKES ME ... iamwhoiamamiwhoami 1 points ago in BigBrother

Uh, have you been watching this show? JC and Brett basically did orchestrate everything.

[–] [Spoilers] JC MAKES ME ... iamwhoiamamiwhoami 2 points ago in BigBrother

Exactly. He's having a moment of clarity, where he sees that he helped Tyler, Kaycee and Angela eliminate all of his friends, who would have actually been more loyal to him. Now he's left with just Sam, and it's obvious she's too clueless to help him.

The game's really fun when you're winning, but not so much when you've lost.
