You're not supposed to dump ashes. They're cool with it as long as you notify them though.

I would totally do that. I mean, I want to die anyway, so... eh, might as well have some excitement.

I told my family, when I die just cremate me and toss me out in the Smokies. Just get approval first, otherwise that shit's illegal.

I loved that when I was a kid! Went for my birthday when I was 9. I got a sweet ass toy musket.

The smell was a bit acrid (maybe vinegary?), which makes me think it may have gone bad. If it has, at least I'll have some really good apple cider vinegar!

    Fair enough. Thanks.

The Toyota plant is in the Huntsville area, which is probably the most pro-lgbt area in Alabama you're going to find. Birmingham is also pretty lgbt friendly as well (I can vouch for this as I'm bi). If you venture out of the city to the smaller areas, people may give you dirty looks, but that's just because they're rude and need a "come-to-Jesus moment". Just ignore them, haters gonna hate.

Just to be safe, I would recommend not discussing religion/politics with anyone unless they seem open-minded or share similar views to yours.

You gotta get yourself some quality barbeque (or BBQ) and fried chicken while you're here. We may be backward as fuck, but we can cook like nobody's business!

Also, if you get the chance, please check out Mt Cheaha state park (pronounced cheee-haa). That's our high point, and she's a beaut. The view is amazing.

If you have any other questions, or if I missed anything just hit me up. Welcome to the neighborhood, friend! :)

    Ninja edit!!!

If you're interested in learning how to use a firearm, we have plenty of shooting/firearms training areas throughout the state. You can pay to take a class, where they will teach you about firearm safety, proper handling & loading, and how to fire a pistol/revolver/etc.

I honestly think that classes should be mandated before they allow you to purchase a gun, but I digress.....
