    No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    The clause states the privileges of citizens first, then goes on to clarify that equal protection is for any person. If they're in U.S. jurisdiction, then the general view on the clause is that they are entitled to it as well.

    In October 2552, Cortana said that humanity suffered 23 billion casualties throughout the course of the Human-Covenant War, putting the surviving human population around 16 billion.

    Not quite 95% casualties, but about ~60% of humanity was wiped out.

    I get the feeling you misunderstand net neutrality.

    Net Neutrality isn't how Reddit Inc. manages it's site, its whether or not your internet provider can decide just how much bandwidth it wants to dedicate to your Pepes, or if InfoWars will have to pay your internet provider a special fee to have streaming-level bandwidth speed.

    Net neutrality didn't "die on reddit" since Reddit doesn't control your ability to access the internet. It's bigger than Reddit, and it will impact the "singled out" sections of the internet, as you put it, the worst.

    Do you really want CNN-owner Time Warner to decide how slow or fast your access to sites is?

    Two things:

    First, loved Finn's line to Fern "Just keep the ones where she's our boss and forget everything else". Little callback to the earlier seasons.

    Second, the flashbacks with Min really make me hope we see more Flame Princess. I miss her character.

    Actually, the law that makes booby traps illegal comes from the 1975 Supreme Court case Katko v. Briney. Long story short, guy has an unoccupied barn, and rigs up a spring-loaded shotgun to blast off the knees of any trespassers. Guy trespasses while the farmer is away, gets his legs blown off, and sues for medical damages.

    The case goes to the Supreme Court, and they rule against the farmer, on the argument that "using deadly force on intruders in an unoccupied property was not reasonable or justified. Briney would have been justified in defending himself with the shotgun if he had been home during the intrusion... the law has always placed a higher value upon human safety than upon mere rights in property".
