    Female student in early to mid-twenties, strong interest for Eastern Asia and I'm feeling something towards Eastern Europe as well, for no apparent reason other than the hanging embroidery on the wall and the doll on the mantel, maybe has some roots in either culture.
    Interest in thrifting and crafts, has a love for tea and astronomy/science.
    Has a somewhat strong interest in the environment and its preservation and is trying to eat according to the seasons but it probably ended up being harder than in theory (book "The Bad Farmer's Almanac"). Still has an interest in natural remedies, maybe is studying something relating to social work or psychology and has a small interest in soft "occult" stuff.

    PS: I'd be very interested to know what the wooden sculpture hanging from the mantel is!

    The only places I've been to where doors would automatically lock from the outside but still open without a key on the inside are professional and "high-end" buildings or just newer buildings. Otherwise (in my experience at least), normal houses and apartments still lock both ways with keys.

    Yes, absolutely. You have to always know where your keys are in case of emergency. I once lost my keys inside the apartment and so was locked inside.

    It's much better to at least have something to lock/unlock embedded in the door that doesn't require a key in case of emergency. In Belgium, like I said, all I've ever seen are door with a look (security locks or just regular ones) and you always need the key. There's probably other lock systems that I haven't seen though.

    I don't think I've seen it as much it here apart from the thread I posted but it's pretty bad on twitter. I mean, I don't check it often, but every single time I see one of Aja's tweet, there'll be some idiots debating on her ethnicity in the replies.

    Not so much self-proclaimed identity here, she's not Rachel Dolezal, she's not a white person who identifies as black. People are out there telling her that her skin is too light for being this and that when it's her actual DNA. I guess those people have never heard what being mixed is.

    Not OP, but all I know is that he dated Tura Satana for a while and was head over heels for her. He proposed and she said no and they broke up. He went on to meet Priscilla when she was 14 and made her change her looks to resemble Tura (big hair + heavy make up).
