    1. The launch day, for the most part, was stressful and overwhelming. By the end of the day I got a lot more relaxed when I saw that things are going well. I spent all night watching youtube playthroughs and this is when things started to feel truly worth it and satisfying. It was the craziest day of my life and I’ll never forget it.

    2. I made most of the game assets. About 5% of modeling and animation were outsourced.

    3. I’m guessing you’re talking about purchasing pre-made assets. I didn’t do that. All assets were custom made for this game.

    Thank you for the good wishes! I’m very happy with the launch, we were featured in New and Trending and Top Selling tabs, as well as in the main capsule on the home page (Featured). It’s too early to say how the game will do in the long term (it’s been just a few days of it’s life), but I’m very optimistic.

    Thank you! Glad you appreciated no logos splash screens before the game starts. I cut them out, because as a player I never enjoyed seeing that stuff.

    The game is short because it was mostly made by one person (with occasional help of a few contractors). It took over 3.5 years of hard work to produce this amount of well polished content. With some revenue coming from Steam it would be a lot easier to expand the team and add more content faster, and I intend to do this for no additional charge.

    And yes, I intend on making more games. Probably very different in theme and genre.

    I’ll try to find the reason this puzzle is buggy on systems below minimum requirements. Thank you for giving the game a chance - and if you cannot get it working, I hope you can still get a refund.

    A lot of people came to DARQ community hub forum to express their support because of Epic story. I’m very much aware that DARQ is getting a lot of sales and support from the community. I’m very grateful and don’t take it for granted. My dream is to be able to fund the development of a new game using DARQ revenue, for all of you to enjoy - it really means a lot to me.

    Hey! Thank you for writing Can you please give me your system specs? We’ve only seen this issue once, on an old computer way below the game’s minimum system requirements, maybe it’s a memory / ram related issue. I’m happy to investigate this further.

    The composer is ME (the developer - I'm originally a film composer). The mixer who worked on Inception is a friend of mine who usually mixes my music. There's one music track in the entire game, so it wasn't much work for him. As for the sound design - yes! Bjorn Jacobsen, who previously worked on Cyberpunk 2077 is indeed a part of the project! I brag about him all the time and always give him credit when talking about who did what on the project. Apart from sound design and about 5% of modeling and animation, this project really is the work of one person. A lot of people helped in other ways, like translation, descord moderation, etc. All of them are credited in the credit roll in the game. But the rest of the game is pretty much me.
