    I’ve reinstalled the app, turned off Bluetooth, restarted phone, restarted Inspire HR, repaired, but nothing works.

    I'll keep my eye on it, and hope that you're right about it settling in. I'll have a better idea with more data points, say a month.

    No I feel great. In body and mood. I have a day off today from my job so I'm sure today will be lower, but since 00:00 when the stats reset, I have been in fat burn for 3 of the past 10 hours. I was asleep for 3 hours 18 mins of that from 00:53-04:33. My HR was 67bpm at the lowest point.

    I work Night Shifts as a hotel porter, I can be very active as it involves quite a lot of cleaning. That's why I bought the fitbit, because I am trying to gain weight and wanted to see how many calories I was actually burning at work, but this high HR was something I didn't really expect.

    My resting HR has been 73, 67, 67, 69 since wearing continuously since Thursday (except charging whilst showering).

    I also have oats each morning but just couldn’t stomach cold oats. Reminded me of a school trip where we visited an old Victorian Jail. They let us taste what the prisoners used to have to eat and it was that, cold milk and oats. Horrible. However I found heating it markedly better.

    I use 100g regular oats left to soak in 250ml whole milk in the fridge over night. In the morning, I take the oats out of the fridge, add about 50ml more milk to get the consistency I want, then microwave for 3 minutes on full power. Take out of the microwave, add a teaspoon of sugar to sweeten it (you could use honey if you want a natural sweetener), add another 200ml of milk to get the temperature back down to slightly warm, then drink the whole lot. 692kcal, 80 carbs, 29 protein, 26 fat (13 sat fat). Have a banana after that and that comes to 797kcal, 107 carbs, 30 protein, 26 fat (13 sat fat). Pretty good breakfast.
